Where's the Beef? That's what I thought when I started eating the breakfast I ordered. Its been a few days so I don't remember the name of it but it had the smashed up Tater Tots in it. It was too salty & not very filling. The waiter, David, was very good.

Walked in and sat down at 6am. No one there. Could hear noise in the back. Sat there 3 or 4 minutes and no one came out to wait on me. So I left, walked across the parking lot and ate at McDonald's. This has happened before.

This is the worst breakfast experience I've ever had the eggs were paper thin with no flavor the French toast no flavor the wait staff forgot half our order. The steak was scrap peices barely any fries. No one ever apologized it was just a horrible experience. Please never go here listen to our warning.

Slow service for sure. We sat for 10 mins before we got service. Food took long and they forgot about some of our food, let alone refills on drinks. It's a first and last.

I usually love perkins. This location is awful. All of the servers were extremely rude.

I really enjoy going to Perkins usually, but this particular time the food seems very greasy. I ordered the spinach and baby bella eggs which sounded a little healthy at least . Some locations are better than others and don't be fooled by the new looking exteriors as some are still old inside.

I went with two other people to this particular Perkins. On our arrival, we were seated immediately in an almost empty restaurant. The waitress brought our water and said she had four new tables to tend to, so she'd be with us as soon as possible. Coffee was brought in a timely fashion and our order was taken. It then took 45 minutes for her to return to say "your order is up next". After another 10 minutes, she arrived saying "the plates are very hot" and she would "have to place them" before us. She disappeared. All three meals (Southern Fried Chicken Platter, Tomato Basil Soup and Salad, and Flip Flop eggs platter [or there abouts]) were warm, leaning towards room temperature. The soup seemed as thought it was the bottom of the pot, and when it was brought to the table, it looked as if it had been sitting in the kitchen the entire 45 minutes we were waiting for our meal. We didn't want to wait any longer to have a replacement ordered, as the waitress had only come to us once after delivering everything and we had begun eating. She offered another meal, or reheat; we declined. It was frustrating to hear her insist that she had "just seen them put it out" in the kitchen. We asked for the check. The waitress wanted to give us a pie or cookies to go. At first we refused but then relented and said cookies would be fine. When we went to pay the bill, the cashier asked if everything was all right. We all said "not really" and told her about the food being cold. She quickly replied "we had problems today in the kitchen." and she offered to comp our ticket. This was very generous, so we thanked her. It was the right thing to do and we would give it another shot at a later date.

Breakfast was slow in coming although they were not busy. I asked for a small glass of milk and got a large glass for $2.75, kind of felt ripped off . Waitress was nice but asked me if I wanted pie several times, at breakfast! There are lots of nice places for breakfast, and I would not go here again.

Clean and cheap seems to be Perkins trademark. My wife & I each had a sandwich with 2 sides (choice of salad, fries or fruit - all smallish in size) plus a cookie for desert, all for $5.99 each. Can't beat that for price and the quality was fine. This is a perfect place for old people and mid-westerners, which seem to be the primary patrons for this place,. and in large numbers. Forget any special ambiance - it's the usual corporate cookie-cutter style.
